Level -1
As we had almost 300m2 to use we decided to keep the minimum 3 car garage that was on the council project and use the rest of the space for additional rooms. We have designed a gym, big tv room, laundry room, toilet and a large office.

Level 0
As we really like open spaces, level 0 has a big living room and an open kitchen. We also wanted an additional bedroom for the visitors and a toilet.

Level 1
As we had limited space we decided to have 3 bedrooms in the first floor, all with sea views. the master suite also has a walk in closet.

Outside
We will be building a pool and a minimal garden space for some trees and an organic garden (back)
